Take your tabletop RPG experience to another level with the perfect replica of your player character. Hero Forge®’s premium plastic is optimal for all hobbyists looking for maximum detail. Premium plastic miniatures are 3D printed using the Digital Light Processing (DLP) printing technique, where liquid resin is cured layer by layer using a high-definition projector with a native pixel size of 30 microns. These layers are printed at 35 microns (0.03 millimeter) layer thickness—twice the Z-resolution of our plastic option.
All premium plastic miniatures come in a glossy black for easy painting. Premium plastic miniatures are printed with small support sprues supporting overhangs and recessed detail during printing. After the print is finished, the sprues are manually removed. Manual removal of support structures may result in tiny rough spots, scoring, or slight surface inconsistencies. If you choose to paint your mini, these inconsistencies will become indistinct. The printed premium plastic is slightly flexible, and long thin details should be handled carefully.
