You will receive a confirmation email upon completing and submitting your order, and another containing renders of your character configurations when your models are uploaded to our manufacturing partner for production. We do our best to build and ship your models as quickly as possible, but creating bespoke, custom minis takes time. From order to ship-out typically takes between two and four weeks, though we work to deliver sooner when possible. Note that production times may be extended during busy times like the holidays or when we are subject to heavy order volume.
We offer shipping to most countries around the world. Shipping and handling to the United States is $5.00, and orders are sent via UPS Mail Innovations. Transit times for these orders typically take 1-3 business days. Shipping and handling for International orders is $15.00. These are sent via UPS First Class with transit times typically taking up to a week, varying heavily by country. Note that some orders placed outside the United States may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or delivery fees due on arrival, depending on your country's shipping practices. Any such additional costs are not included in quoted prices. Please contact your local UPS branch for more information.
HERO FORGE® is a design platform for 3D printing. Printing and shipping is provided by our manufacturing partner, Shapeways, Inc.
HERO FORGE® warrants only that the model manufactured by us will substantially meet the features of the indicated 3D model within the limitations of the 3D printing technology. HERO FORGE® does not give any warranty about the models and does not guarantee that the model will be fit for any particular purposes. Please inspect the model upon receipt immediately. If the model is faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement in accordance with the warranty above, please submit a claim within 10 days after receipt of the model. Such warranty claim can be made only within 10 days after receipt of the model. Do not return the model unless we require you to do so. We will confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
